Our Programs
The Fathers’ Legacy Project
A programme that empowers men to become active, nurturing fathers. It promotes positive parenting, co-parenting skills, emotional availability, and breaking generational cycles of abuse. Fathers are offered peer mentorship, access to parenting resources, and a platform to share their journey and inspire others.

Unlearn to Relearn: Masculinity Workshops
Through workshops and interactive dialogues, this programme challenges harmful gender stereotypes and explores healthier alternatives to traditional masculinity. Topics include vulnerability, emotional literacy, relationships, anger management, and fatherhood. It helps participants rebuild their identities based on compassion, strength, and authenticity rather than societal pressures.

USM Men's Conference
A large-scale annual event that brings together men from different walks of life. It features keynote speakers, expert-led workshops, panel discussions, performances, and breakout healing sessions. The conference promotes healing, brotherhood, empowerment, and actionable change in male culture.

Game On! Men’s Sports and Fitness Days
These community events are focused on physical wellbeing and healthy masculinity. Activities include soccer tournaments, obstacle races, bootcamps, and wellness challenges. Fitness professionals also provide tips on mental health through fitness. These events foster camaraderie, discipline, and healthy coping mechanisms.

USM Awareness Walks & Runs
Annual themed walks and fun runs that serve as symbolic acts of solidarity for survivors of abuse. Participants wear branded t-shirts, carry empowering messages, and walk through communities to raise awareness, break stigma, and gather public support. These events end with music, speeches, and sharing circles.
